- Prepare and cook food to order per
recipes provided.
- Generate and test new menu content.
- Complete and maintain Food Safe Certification.
- Maintain cleanliness of food
preparation and cooking area to health and safety standards, which may include
working with hazardous cleaning agents.
- Conduct inventory and notify managers
of critical items needed.
- Maintain organization of storage areas.
Candidates must be 18 years of age; have experience
working in the food service industry; and be available on a rotating schedule Tuesday through Sunday, with priority for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Applicant
should have the interpersonal and verbal skills to effectively communicate with
staff and managers. As part of job duties, staff may be standing for up 8 hours
at a time; routinely lift and move up to 55 pounds; bend, stoop, push and pull.
