We are asking for a folder, through Google Drive, that is titled with your school name. Within that, we need folders of 4 categories with their corresponding photos: Rehearsal Photos, Full Company Photo, Nomination Photos, and Show Photos.
TYPES OF PHOTO FOLDERS IN YOUR DRIVE
1. Rehearsal Photos: 10- 20 Hi-Res Rehearsal/Backstage photos that showcase the time and energy your company put into making your show great, as well as the fun and friendships that can only be had in long rehearsal days. These will be used in our Nomination Day Ceremony along with Show Photos. (DUE FEB 14, 2020)
2. Show Photos: 10-20 photos of the show throughout its run. These differ from nomination photos in that nomination photos are designed to showcase one element of the show (I.E. Scenic Design) whereas these photos can capture multiple elements of your show. These will be used for Nomination Day Ceremony and the GAHSMTA Ceremony in April. (DUE FEB 14, 2020)
3. Full Company Photo: A group photo of all musical participants (ideally orchestra and crew included!) at the highest resolution (at least 300dpi) in .jpg format. This is for the program. Please be sure to take this photo before your show closes. (DUE FEB 21, 2020)
4. Nomination Photos: If your school is nominated in any category, please submit a photo that exemplifies the category. This will be used on the large screen onstage during the ceremony should you receive the award. For example, if you are nominated in Outstanding Scenic Design, submit a photo of the set. If you are nominated for Outstanding Actor in a Lead Role, submit a photo of the actor (in action, head shots and publicity photos are great, just not for this ceremony). If you are nominated for Outstanding Orchestra, submit a photo of the orchestra in the pit. Please think ahead and take photos during the run of your show in case you are nominated. (DUE MARCH 13, 2020)
Be sure to divide this folder into sub-folders that are titled after each potential nomination. If you have multiple potential nominees for one category (i.e. 3 supporting actors), please be sure to rename the photos with the name of the nominee. The categories are as follows:

You'll only need to share the link to the main folder which will grant us access to all the folders nested inside - making it easier for us to get to the photos throughout the season. This also allows you to upload photos throughout the season, so if halfway through the season a parent approaches you with phenomenal photos, by all means upload them! This method also allows you to easily remove us from the folder once the awards season has ended.
