So the reason I do this process is because I want to set expectations with potential clients and let them know what to expect if they work with me. I've found this way I can be much more involved, build deeper relationships, and make long-term lasting changes.

What gives me the most fulfillment is helping people, making a positive impact, and changing their lives! So if I can do that for YOU, then I've done my job successfully, and we are BOTH happy!

My goal is to only take on clients who are EXTREMELY motivated to reach their goals, not just ‘kind of” interested. I work the best with people who are sick and tired of not being where they want to be, are action-takers, and are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.
