OCLW's Certification Fee Proposal

• Our proposal is a sliding-scale fee based on the number of employees a business has.
• The fee would be charged at the first application and at each two-year recertification application. In other words, an applicant would pay a fee every two years.
• We are tentatively considering a fee that could range from $50 for the smallest employers to $300 for the largest.
