Wands & Wizards Weekend is returning August 8-10, 2024. Please take 3-5 minutes to fill out this form to register your organization's activities and/or specials for the event. Answers provided on this form will help Visit Fairfield County create a better visitor experience by tracking what people can expect at your business. 

We encourage you to create a Facebook event for your activity or special. Upon doing so, please list Visit Fairfield County and Wands & Wizards Weekend of Lancaster and Beyond as co-hosts of the event. This will share the event to our followers and help you reach more people.

Visit Fairfield County will market your event and share your promotions! As always, if you need help brainstorming promotion ideas, feel free to reach out to us at info@visitfairfieldcounty.org or call 740-654-5929.

If you know you would like to participate but are unsure of your activity/special at this time, please wait to sign up until you know your activity. The deadline to submit an event is June 30, 2024. This will ensure that your event is within the printed 2024 event program.
