Please list all of  your conflicts below. 
Rehearsals will take place Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6-9pm and Saturdays from 9-1pm. Crew will not be called to all rehearsals-Dates are TBD. 
Move in will be July 28th. Time TBD
Tech week will be from July 29-Aug 1 6-9. 
Tech week rehearsals are required attendance. 
Shows are Aug 2-4  and Aug 9-11. See exact times on info page. Cast is required to attend all shows (the only excused absences will be for illness).

There is the possibility that other rehearsals will be called at the discretion of the artistic team. 

It's very important that you mark ALL of your known conflicts on this form. Conflicts disclosed after turning in this form will need to be approved by the show producer and director. This includes missing a rehearsal you are called to and leaving early or arriving late to rehearsals you are called to. 
Mark each rehearsal you are NOT able to attend. The team will do their best to work around conflicts and some rehearsals my be changed depending on conflicts.
