1. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern this event. In particular, I confirm that I have read the Notice of Race and accept its provisions and agree that my boat will conform to the requirements set out in the Notice of Race throughout the event.

2. I agree to be bound by the conditions set out in the Sailing Instructions which will be issued for this race. I will read these instructions and clarify with the organisers any points which are unclear.

3. It is a requirement that the competitor sail number registered on the Entry Form must be used on the 19th June.  

4. I am a competent helm and I will sail my boat in a safe and competent manner in accordance with the rules governing this event.

5. My boat and equipment are in good working order and are adequately insured, including third party liability cover of £5m.

6. For this race, I will carry a paddle.
