IMPORTANT:
Before you request service, BE SURE your water heater has fuel connected (if Gas, LP or Natural Gas).
If Electric, CHECK THE LOAD PANEL to see if a 30-amp (double-pole) breaker has "tripped off".
These issues would be if you have NO hot water.

IF water is simply not hot enough, you can adjust the thermostats on an Electric Water Heater -or- the thermostat on a Gas Water Heater.  See the Youtube Videos on the website on how to do this... We will NOT send a plumber to adjust temperature since this is considered "user friendly" unless the heater is inaccessible by you the Tenant!
