Our Synod Leadership Team wants the Bishop's Leadership Retreat (BLR) to be a blessing for all the rostered leaders. We strive to provide a setting and topics which are a blessing and those who attend often comment on the appreciation of gathering with other rostered leaders. However, we consistently have less than 30% of our roster in attendance. In an effort to learn more about the reasons for this, would you please take a few moments and provide some feedback below.
