Meeting Room Request Form
Fill out a request form to use the Library's meeting room. Filling out the form does not guarantee approval and use of the meeting room.

Meetings can be booked during the Library’s Regular Public Access Hours 

Mon-Tue-Thur-Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Wednesday 11:00 AM -7:00 PM

Saturday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM


A Library representative will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your request and complete all necessary paper work. Temporary capacity: 50

All programs held in the meeting rooms are to be free and open to the public.

I have read the Meeting Room Use Policy. This form must be printed and signed by the requestor and OFPL staff understand the Library's policies for using the meeting room at the Main Library or the Children's Branch.
