Proven experience in the role and with a responsibility for coordinating activity provision within a care setting. Is computer literate, has the use of a computer and the facility to send and receive emails with attachments. All assessments are completed via email.
Is confident in applying knowledge and skills in a range of complex activities demonstrating comprehension of relevant theories; access and analyse information independently and make reasoned judgments: selecting from a considerable choice of procedures in familiar and unfamiliar contexts and direct own activities, with some responsibility for the output of others.
