Please use the form below to release your single or subscription tickets. This form should not be used to request a refund or exchange. Visit artsboxoffice.virginia.edu/policies for our policy on ticket refunds and exchanges.

TECS Subscribers: To release your seats, please call TECS office, 434-244-9505 or e-mail: kpellon@tecs.org.

Requests must be received by 4:00 PM on the day of the performance if the event is scheduled on a weekday. If an event is scheduled on Sat or Sun, ticket releases must be received by 4:00 PM on the Friday prior to the event. Released tickets received by the stated deadline will be placed back on public sale in hopes that another patron or UVA student can attend the performance. We appreciate your support of UVA Arts programs and events by releasing the tickets you are no longer able to use!

* NOTE: If you are releasing tickets to a Charlottesville Symphony performance, a member of their staff will follow up with you to confirm your tax-deductible contribution. Only the original price of the purchased ticket(s) will be credited as your donation; processing fees will not be included.
