KNI Catalyst Award Nomination Form
Please fill out this form in its entirety to nominate someone for the 2024 KNI Catalyst Award. This award recognizes individual contributors or small teams who are change agents, community leaders, and/or allies for the advancement of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility efforts on campus or in STEM fields.

Examples of qualifying topics: equality (socioeconomic, racial, gender, sexual identity, etc.); mental/physical health and well being; accessibility; and/or inclusion in STEM.

Examples of qualifying activities: community organizing, outreach, mentorship, allyship, teaching, creating, implementing or stewarding initiatives that promote the well-being of all individuals, particularly ones from marginalized or under-resourced backgrounds.
