In order to enter the venue each race day (March 11, 12 and 13), all participants must complete this form.

Please do not come to the venue if you are sick.

Please complete the form prior to coming to the venue on race mornings, be symptom free, and have a morning temperature below 100.4F.

Note that unregistered participants or spectators will not be allowed entry to races this season (competition building, courses or stadium).

Thank you for taking these precautions to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, keep us all safe, allow Soldier Hollow to continue to be open for racing and insure that we maintain required numbers on the venue in our county!
