T-Shirt Sign Up
Enter your information and we will send you a t-shirt! The deadline is JULY 24, 2020 AT NOON.  Thank you so much to everyone who has already expressed interest. This is different from the original survey which was just gauging interest.  If you would like a t-shirt, we need a copy of this form from you.  The t-shirts are $25 dollars.  When t-shirts arrive, they will be sent after payment is received.  Payment can be accepted through E-transfers at payments@johnboscocamp.com and Pay Pal. E-transfers is the preferred method of payment as Pay Pal costs the camp a certain percentage for each transaction.  Any inquiries and passwords should be sent to manager@johnboscocamp.com .

Shirt Size and Quantity *
The t-shirt is the same style and fit as the t-shirt given out at the end of camp.  The youth sizes are , XL, L.  The adult sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.  Please indicate what size you need and how many of each size.  (Example: 1 adult M and 2 youth XL)
