COPE - PRACTICE RESILIENCE 
Dear participant 
We would appreciate if you could answer following questions in relation to the  PRACTICE RESILIENCE  pilot training. The survey will take 5-10 minutes. 

"The COPE project addresses inclusion and diversity in all fields, as developing resilience is a prevention of stress and mental and physical health-related problems, which can lead to the disability to fully participate in social and economic life. The main outputs of the COPE project are TEACH REILIENCE training guide, PRACTICE RESILIENCE self-learning material and EMPOWER RESILIENCE tool kit for resilience training. "
