2024 Party Reservation Request
Request a reservation for the Party Pavilion at West Hillandale Swim Club

** You must be a member of the Pool to reserve **

Requests are subject to Board approval to ensure minimal disruption to normal pool operations.  Hosts may be required to cover additional costs if the pool operator determines that additional lifeguards and staff are necessary.  

Please review the party reservation policy and the availability calendar before submitting a request.

Expected Total Attendance (members and non-members) *
The Party Pavilion plus extra surrounding tables can seat about 50 people (both member & non-member combined).
Expected Non-Member Guests *
Each non-member guests will require a guest pass, which can be purchased for $5 per person (or $4 each with the purchase of a 10 visit guest card).  Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must be present at the swim club while their guests are at the club.

Party Reservation Rules *
You are responsible for the actions of your non-member guests.  Loud music or behavior that is disruptive to other members is not allowed at parties.  All party attendees must adhere to the swim club rules posted on our webpage.  It is your responsibility to clean up the party pavilion within your allotted time slot.
