  • I will TEXT YOU an invitation to join me on a video texting app called Marco Polo
  • Every weekday I post a new video on Marco Polo where I guide you through a short daily mindfulness practice called Our Daily Breathe. 
  • Marco Polo is a fun way to connect because we can chat back and forth if you have questions or need extra support with your practice.

I will help you build consistency so you can experience the benefits of mindfulness.
