Thank you for your interest in BJ Ranch Beef.  Your beef is not held in your name until a deposit is received.  Mr. Tom will be in touch after submitting this form.  Be on the lookout for an email containing the deposit invoice required to hold your beef.  We accept Cash, Cashier's Check,  & Zelle.  We Pay the beef processing fee! We currently charge $5.09/lb. on the carcass weight. Note! APPROXIMATELY 65% OF THE CARCASS HANGING WEIGHT, WILL BE WHAT YOU BRING HOME TO YOUR FREEZER.

Know what you're buying; explained here.  BJ Ranch Beef is $5.09 per "hanging Carcass weight" pound.  This price includes the processing of your beef the way you want it.  The processor will work directly with you.
