The 2019 New York State Budget includes the nation's strongest and most comprehensive sexual harassment package, including new resources and requirements for employers. There are two key components under this law: 1) Policy and 2) Training. The Syracuse Chargers Rowing Club will be using this form and the information within to fulfill its Annual Training requirement.
