Cornerstone is always looking for qualified theater instructors to teach our classes, camps and direct productions. If you love Jesus, love teaching kids and love theater (in that order) then Cornerstone could be a great place to use your talents and gifts. Applicants must be a minimum 18 years old to lead and 16 years or older to volunteer as a teaching assistant. All staff and leaders must agree and adhere to our Cornerstone Staff Code of Conduct.

So, what is Christian about Cornerstone Youth Theatre?

In the area of culture referred to as THEATRE, we see Yahweh God as CREATOR, This is the glory of Yahweh’s creativity coming through humanity—through His children who are made in the image of their Creator. When your true glory causes others to be inspired and entertained, you’re expressing an aspect of God as Creator. The TRUTH that we will learn to display in THEATER is: GOD enjoys our creativity - and wants us to enjoy life.

Our theater is not a church. It is a youth theater company that is committed to training students to put on quality theater with a Judeo-Christian world view. Our staff and board look past denominational lines and see students as students . Our theater strongly believes in setting high standards - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
