2021-2022 Utica Curling Club Membership Application
This is the online payment form for remitting dues for 2021-2022 season membership. (If remitting fees by check, please download and mail the PDF application form and mail your application and fees to the Dues Treasurer.)

Eligibility requirements and curling privileges for each membership class can be found at https://sites.google.com/uticacurlingclub.org/uticacurlingclub/join. Please determine which membership class is appropriate for you before selecting your membership type and completing payment. All online membership fees include a non-refundable $15 payment processing fee.

The Utica Curling Club is requiring all members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to provide proof of vaccination in order to enter the facility. Please separately forward a photo or scan of your proof of vaccination to dues@uticacurlingclub.org to complete your membership application.
