Please complete a separate registration form for each child who will be participating in the program this year.  In person classes will be limited in size and with shrinking numbers in Wednesday registrations, we will need to assess the feasibility of which classes may meet on Wednesday evenings.  We are offering different options this year, but registration is required for ALL who will be participating.  Please note that First Sacrament Students will be required to register in both locations - a regular Faith Formation class (in person or virtual) and the First Sacrament Retreats (in person and/or virtual) TBD.
