How it works

Pay your first months rent with a deposit month. If you do decide you wanted to come out after time you could work your deposit month or come out same month and have your deposit back

It is a rolling contract,

We ask you set up a direct debit so your rent would drop in on the 28th of every month.
We would pay you your sales on the 26/27 of each months less 10% commission.

You don’t need to do any time in the shop we have that covered in house.
