Please complete this form only one time for each team. Completion of this form serves as your entry for the GreenHorn Bass Tour Spring Open. The Spring Open is a one day event, team format. This is a catch and release event and therefore each team will need to have a boat marshal riding in their boat for the day. You are encouraged to find someone over the age of 14 that can serve as a marshal. The person that you bring can not be your marshal, but will fish with a different team to record weights and ensure the rules are followed.

All payment for this event will be collected in CASH only at the ramp on the day of the tournament.
