Class starts with self-paced videos (90min total) followed by 2 "live" sessions. The first 3 hour session is held "live" over ZOOM. We will then meet for a second 90min session over Zoom to expand on the skills learned during the first session, answer questions and practice with other classmates. This course includes 6 hours of training total.

• Learn how to balance someone remotely. When we connect with the energy of their Soul Light, it doesn't matter if we're in person or across the country. It works the same!
Esoteric Healing gets to the root of disease, removing blocks in the layers that we cannot see...beyond the physical body. Stress, trauma, loss (to name a few) can cause blocks within the emotional and mental layers of our energy field which can eventually present as disease. In this intro class, you'll learn the basics about meditation and your energy body. You'll learn to align and attune with the energy field and learn how to sense and bring about balance in the chakra system at the Physical/etheric, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual levels. By the end of class, you will be able to balance 5 chakras on yourself, your family and friends, and your pets. The process of Alignment and Attunement can also be integrated into other healing modalities and also your daily life.

"Live" Session 1: Zoom Class: (3 hours)
Reinforce the concepts learned in the videos. Practice Alignment and Attunement and learn how to sense and balance chakras on a partner and yourself.
"Live" Session 2: Q&A Session (1hr, 30min)
We'll take the balancing of the Chakras a step further as you learn to balance the Centers at the Physical/Etheric, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual levels. We will pair up with various classmates to practice sensing and balancing chakras. Time provided for Q&A.

• After this intro class, if you decide you'd like to learn more about Esoteric Healing, you may apply the entire cost of this class to your Part 1 Esoteric Healing class. (only applies to Part 1 classes taken with Jen Wolffis)
Location: Comfort of your home for “live” Zoom classes
Prerequisites: Must complete video lessons prior to "live" Zoom class.
Requirements: Dependable internet on computer or tablet for Zoom class. Must have camera on.
