Kin On offers FREE nursing assistant classes and training for individuals to expand their skillset and begin a career in long-term care.
In eight weeks, this program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on training you need to be successful in your new role as a nurse assistant. You will learn the basic duties and responsibilities of the nursing assistant, including patient rights, vital signs, nutrition, emergency procedures, and more.
Class details:
- NEW Date: 5/17/2023 for 7-8 weeks
- Time: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 4-9:30PM (total of 119 hours of in-person training)

We will contact you to join us at the Kin On Community Center on to fill out a background check form, go through our interview process, and tour our facility!
Program Eligibilities: Students must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalency, be able to lift 50 lbs, and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption). Background checks are a requirement of the program.
