Tämän lomakkeen täyttämällä haet yhdistyksen jäsenyyttä ja sitoudut maksamaan 20€ jäsenmaksun vuodelle 2024. Jäsenyydellä tuet Jokerifutista. Jäsenyysetuja ei voida luvata, mutta hallitus tekee kaikkensa, jotta edes neljä uutiskirjettä saataisiin lähetettyä.
