In Person Schedule Request (PK, TK and K-8)
On July 14th the Del Norte Unified School District (DNUSD) Board of Education reviewed and took action to approve a Blended Learning Model for the 2020-21 school year. In the Blended Learning Model (Phase 3) of our DNUSD Continuum of Educational Phases, students will be grouped into 2 (two) student cohort groups not to exceed 50% of the total class. Each student group will attend school In Person for 2 (two) days per week and engage in other learning and work while not physically at school the other 3 (three) days per week.

In the event that the district is able to open on August 24 for in-person instruction using the blended learning model, it is very important that we work to ensure that families are in the same cohort group to the fullest extent possible.

Please complete ONE In Person Schedule Request form per child enrolled (or enrolling) at any DNUSD Preschool through 8th grade school. DNUSD will prioritize grouping families with more than one child all on the same student cohort group so schedules can be aligned with a family.
