If you are a pageant director interested in Pageant Rehab to sponsor your system, please fill out the request below. We will honor sponsorships on a first come basis and have a limited number of sponsorships available each year. Our program is geared for women ages 21 and older, so please keep that in mind when requesting for your divisions.

We need all requests submitted 4 weeks minimum prior to your pageant to allow time to get items donated to you.
