* By registering your child, you consent to having your child's picture/video used for media by Princetown Church, including our website.
* An email notification will be sent indicating receipt of your registration.
* Please complete a separate form for children with DIFFERENT last names
* VBS Information Packet Pick-up - July 9, 10, 11 from 9:00 - 3:00 or July 14 from 11:00 - 1:00. (packet includes wristbands required to attend VBS)
