Use this form to add your child's name to the Kinder Skog waitlist. Please do not sign up more than one year in advance.  Keep in mind that we follow the school district's age requirement of age 5 by September 1st (this may change in the future). Completing this form does not guarantee a spot for your child and also does not bind you to an enrollment promise.  
If your child is already enrolled in the Kinder Skog program you do not need to complete this waitlist form, as we give priority to currently enrolled participants.
