The Governor's order to close schools ends on May 7th and then local districts have the option of re-opening with keeping all the recommended CDC guidelines in place of social distancing, PPE requirements and sanitation protocols. We would like to gather some information and we appreciate you filling out this form as we make these tough decisions about what is best for our school and our community.

Please choose one of the following options

Option 1: Resume school on May 11th, for the last three weeks of school, with social distancing guidelines, ppe requirements and sanitation protocols in place

Option 2: Continue with Distance Learning as we have been doing for the last three weeks of school.
