On the basis on your eligibility to receive federal direct loans, you have been deemed eligible to receive CARE Act funds in the amount stated above. All students who receive federal direct loans are receiving the same amount of CARES Act funds.
The CARES Act Funds must be used for one or more of the designated eligible expenses, which consist of food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and/or childcare.

Sign this Agreement electronically and hit Submit at the bottom of the page.

After the school receives the signed Agreement, you will be provided the funds in the amount stated above within 14 days. These funds will be sent directly through your Bills.com account. If you do not have a Bills.com account, the school will mail you a check. The funds which are GRANTS, will NOT be taxed.
