Tecumseh North Elementary 2024-2025 Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment Registration Survey
Welcome! We are excited to have you join the Tecumseh North Family!

If you have a child that will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall of 2024, please complete this form to receive information regarding our Kindergarten Roundup Pre-Enrollment.  
To attend Kindergarten your child has to be 5 years of age on or before August 31st.  

*If your child is already a current student at Tecumseh North Elementary in one of our preschool programs, and WILL be attending Kindergarten in the fall of 2024, please go ahead and complete this form but we should have all other documents already. 

Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment emails will be sent home after Spring Break (mid-March) to all registered incoming kindergartener’s families.  Please read all the information carefully when you receive and fill out ALL links completely. 

In addition to the forms, you will also need to provide a copy of the following information. Now is a good time to start gathering these documents so that you have them available when the time comes for Pre-Enrollment as they will need to be emailed to Ms. Jordan prior to attending our Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment event mid-April.

  • Proof of Residency: i.e. Utility bill (Kansas Gas/Evergy/City of Topeka) in your name, building and/or purchase agreement, or a rental agreement COPY
  • COPY of a legal birth certificate (State Certified Copy)
  • COPY of Immunization Record
  • COPY of Custody Papers (if applicable)
  • COPY of an up-to-date Physical will be required prior to first day of school
