Missing Puzzle Pieces 

We are so sorry that you're missing puzzle pieces. 

If you have not already, please reach out to the retailer from where you purchased the item about an exchange or refund. If you are in the United States and the retailer from where you purchased the puzzle is unable to help, or if the puzzle was purchased from the Chronicle Books, Petit Collage, or Princeton Architectural Press website, we can send a replacement of the full puzzle. If so, please fill out the following form. 

If you are not in the United States, we encourage you to instead contact the retailer from where you purchased the puzzle for an exchange or refund. If they are unable to help, please reach out to the international distributor for your region, their contact information can be found here. 

Please note, we can only send a replacement of the same puzzle, not a different puzzle.

If your replacement is available, please allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to arrive. You should receive email confirmation once it ships.
