Spring 2024 ASUC Space Reservation Request Form
Please submit this form if you are interested in reserving the following ASUC Spaces:
  • Eshleman Hall 414 (Capacity: 14)
  • Eshleman Hall 450 (Capacity: 8)
  • Eshleman Hall 540 (Capacity: 24)
  • Eshleman Hall 3rd Floor Conference Rooms (Capacity between 6-12)
  • Senate Chambers* (Capacity 137)
After submitting this form, the ASUC Administrative Office will forward this request to the ASUC Executive Vice President for final confirmation, if you are reserving the Senate Chambers. Please note that ASUC and GA entities will have first priority of the Senate Chambers.

Before you submit a request, please check the availability: https://ems-pa05.ist.berkeley.edu/EmsWebApp_SU/BrowseForSpace.aspx. If at the desired date(s)/time(s), there is a blue box that says "Private", the space is not available. If there is no reservation box, the space is free to reserve

Please allow 48 hours to complete the room reservation made during Monday to Thursday. If a reservation request is made Friday, please allow up to the following Tuesday for completion.

e.g., projection/video, audio. Please note that if you select "No", we will not be able to provide any operational support during your reservation. This selection informs our staffing during reservations.
Will there be food in the space? *
You will be billed $97 for each event occurrence where food/drinks are present or served. If you select "No" and have food present, you will be charged $194 and you will be blocked from making any ASUC reservations for 31 days.
