We will be having an overseas outreach program physically with our Vietnam counterparts over a few weekends during the Summer Break (May - July 2023), through service learning projects, fun and games, and many more!
It will be a Year-long programme, where besides working on the project, you will get to develop new skills, explore new interests, interact with new faces and enrich yourself with new experiences through a mix of curated activities and programmes lined up for everyone. 1. We have 3 types of roles for everyone to select: Top 3 (chair, vice chair & fin con/secretary), Main Comm (2 of PnP, Bizmag and Events) and Sub Comm roles. The team will consist of 20-30 people in total.
2. There's no fixed routine or schedule, but each session will be conducted on weeknights either physically or virtually, with the commitment peaking during the holidays nearing the overseas trip.
3. We welcome everyone to join, no prior experiences needed. Specific skills are favoured for certain roles, but can be learnt on the job.
4. We will notify you within the next few weeks when your application has been processed and when we will officially kickstart the programme, tentatively during mid September to October
