Cashier Expectations:
• Greet customers as they approach the food truck
• Focus on all customers and be dedicated to their satisfaction
• Take food orders accurately & process payments
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Serve food and/or beverages to customers
• Stock service window area with supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, to-go containers
• Perform serving, cleaning and stocking duties in food truck
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•  Food Handlers Permit

Pay: $14/hour plus tips

Food Cook Expectations:

• Prepare food for customers in the food park and orders for delivery
• Complete tickets in a timely manner and work multiple tickets at one time
• Multi-task in dropping food, preparing dishes and garnishing food
• Keep station stocked, cleaned and sanitized
• Cleaning grill and fryer
• Prep food for the next shift
• Usage of grill, fryer and other kitchen equipment
• Perform serving, cleaning and stocking duties in food truck
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant
• Experience working with fryer and grill
• Strong cooking skills and work ethics
•  Food Handlers Permit

Pay: $15/hour (based on experience) plus tips
