2019 "For the Youth" Craft Show & Holiday Bazaar Vendor Request Form

Booth Size is 10 x 10 foot for $50; adjoining spaces are available for the same price per space
Please be prepared to supply your own canopy, table, and chairs.

This event is being hosted in order to raise funds for more than 50 young men and young women who will be attending a church history tour from Fort Worth to Nauvoo, Illinois in the summer of 2020.  Along the way, the youth will have opportunities to see many sites, participate in self-improvement activities, and develop greater relationships with one another and with God.  

This is a "rain or shine" event; all vendor fees are due in advance and no refunds will be given if vendors choose not to attend after their spot has been confirmed.  

Food vendors with "ready to serve items" will not be accepted as the youth will be providing food at the event.  Packaged food vendors are absolutely welcome.

**Please NOTE - ONLY 1 vendor will be accepted from each direct sales company.  Likewise, we will make every effort to limit craft/DIY vendors to only one of each kind.  Selection of vendors will be based on a first come first serve basis and booth assignments will be made in like manner with those registering first being given space toward the front of the venue. **
