Schedules vary by project: Mostly nights 3 pm to 1 am Occasional days 7 am to 4 pm. We require employees to arrive at work on time and to work the entire scheduled shift, every day. No 1099 positions. Must have all workers documentation. No heavy equipment, driving, or warehouse positions. *

Agreement To Work A Varying Schedule, including Night Work .Our projects vary in length from a few hours to a few weeks at various locations throughout the Denver Metro area. Candidates must also be able to work a flexible schedule. Since most of our work takes place in office buildings, the majority of our projects are scheduled from 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., after the tenants have left for the day. Some projects we are able to work during the day which would require a shift of 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each employee is responsible for getting themselves to the various work locations daily and there are no set schedules. Employees may work, for example, Monday and Tuesday nights then switch to Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday days. *

On many jobs there will be salvageable material, this material is solely the property of WCI and/or the General Contractor. When an employee refocuses his attention on collecting salvageable materials, he does a disservice to other employees. The time spent collecting those materials and not completing assigned tasks will be construed as theft and result in termination of employment. *
