The office sends out regular communications via email, we have a website with a news page as well as a calendar you can subscribe to, a termly newsletter, a Facebook page, a Facebook chat group, Twitter and Instagram yet a lot of parents are still missing key information. What are we forgetting? In your experience, how can we improve our communication going forward so that future parents are aware of what is going on? *
