Due to multiple events (and possibly more shows outside of the ones listed) occurring, there is no deadline to apply. Selected Volunteers will be contacted by ICT Fashion Tour regarding your status within two weeks or earlier of a show. Please note due to the quick turnaround of shows, timely communications will be vital and required to participate.
By applying to participate in the ICT Fashion Tour Runway Shows and associated events, you agree to the following terms:
+ No application fees are required to participate.
+ This is a fully volunteer position. You will not be compensated monetarily.
+ All Volunteers must fully abide by the venue's policies including safety and mask protocols.
+ Each location has been selected for its location and aesthetic. All Volunteers will be expected to work as safely as possible.
Additionally:
+ Applicants who fail to complete required forms will be removed from the show.
+ We expect all volunteers to work with all entities involved in a safe and professional manner.
+ Volunteers who fail to comply to any of the agreed rules of participation during the events may be barred or removed from the show.
+ Volunteers shall not engage in any illegal activity during or in association with the show.
+ Volunteers who fail to show up twice without reasonable circumstance will not be hired again.
+ Cancellation of services must be communicated within 5 days prior to the show.
Force Majeure:
+ No party shall be liable for any damages including but not limited to equipment, vehicles, persons, etc.
+ Should any of ICT Fashion Tour events be cancelled, postponed, or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, there shall be no penalties.

Applicants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate in the fashion show. In order for your child to appear or participate in any form in our fashion show(s), written parental consent is required.
