Have you been feeling overwhelmed? Are you having trouble alleviating your stressors? This group will give you the opportunity to discuss the sources of stress in your life, gain support, and learn new, healthy methods for managing stress.
Meetings will be held once a week (Tuesdays) for 7 weeks 8:30 am - 9:15 am (MMR - 318) Starting January 30th.
This group will focus on general life challenges: boosting optimism, developing emotional intelligence, finding your calling, how to handle failure, how to value yourself, digital stress, perseverance

This group will focus on supporting students struggling with relationships. Students will increase their ability to develop and maintain supportive relationships and communicate effectively. They will learn how to resolve interpersonal conflict and how to cope with socially stressful situations.
Meetings will be held once a week (Tuesdays)_for 8 weeks 12:15 - 1:00 pm (MMR - 318) Starting January 30th.
Students will learn how to be proactive, define success, create a plan to achieve, learn to prioritize, build trusting relationships, understand others’ perspectives, become better problem solvers, and increase motivation, energy and create better school/life balance.
