Hello. Thank you for becoming a member or renewing your membership to the West Springfield Village Civic Association. This is an online version of the Application Form to make it easier to submit your information and save paper. You have the option of adding information for two residents - Primary and Secondary. If you only want information for one resident, just fill in the Primary Resident information and leave the Secondary Resident information blank. You have the option of what is, and is not, shown on the Community Directory by answering the questions at the bottom of the Form.
