Thank you for registering for the NORTH SHORE BIRDING FESTIVAL, December 1-5, 2022!

Proceeds from Orange Audubon Society’s (OAS) NORTH SHORE BIRDING FESTIVAL benefit OAS’ Nature and Environmental Education Center Fund and related educational programs.

Please complete this short questionnaire that enables OAS to collect your emergency contact information, gain a better understanding for future promotion of the NORTH SHORE BIRDING FESTIVAL and determine how this ECOTOURISM event enhanced the economy of the local community.

Registration is not final until each participant in your party has separately completed this questionnaire. Exception: for participants under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the form.

If you are NOT able to complete the questionnaire including signing the liability waiver form, please email treasurer@orangeaudubonfl.org for assistance.

For the safety of everyone, we ask that participants self-monitor their health status and refrain from participating if exposed to or testing positive for COVID-19.
