Pizza Day/Ice Cream Floats
PLEASE READ

This form will be used to order whole pizzas as well as give me an idea as to what toppings and amount of slices to order and ice cream/sodas to purchase and bring. I am hoping to gauge my order very close to the sales so not to have left overs. ***Please note, I am aware that some students can not have pizza due to dietary restrictions. We do offer Gluten Free Pizza and I am also willing to pick something else up from Pizza Bolis when I pick the Pizza’s up. You will need to txt me to make arrangements for this.  

~ This DOES NOT guarantee your student slices or floats, it is first come first serve.

~ THIS WILL ONLY GUARANTEE WHOLE PIZZA ORDERS. 

~Pizza Slices are $1.75 each ~ Whole Pizza's (1 topping) $13 each ~ Ice Cream Floats $2.50 each ~ Single ice cream cups $1.00 each ~Sodas & Snacks $1.00 each
