Make sure you leave your details as we will need to get back in touch with you - it's really important to give us your email.
Q: Why is adult support important?
Making changes to the way we treat ourselves and how we think is best supported by others that love and care for us. Having an adult beside you to help you contribute and understand is great in the course. It is also great between sessions to help you practice and try new things.
It's ok if you don't want an adult there too, you don't have to we just recommend it.
