Please complete this form to pledge to donate a scholarship to a graduate of the Class of 2022 from Woodsboro High School. ***If you would like to award multiple scholarships, please fill out a form for each scholarship individually.***

These are the important dates to remember:

April 1st- Pledges due
April 1st- Completed application forms from the students will be emailed or ready for pick up to review
April 30th - The scholarship recipient selection and award amount (paid in full) is due to Cherie Morgan
May 17th @ 6pm - Scholarships will be presented at the Scholarship Banquet

Yes - Funds will be released to the post-secondary educational institution from WISD when proof of enrollment is presented by the awarded student
