The SJC AGM is coming up on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 1:00pm to 5:00pm NT / 12:30pm to 4:30pm AT and we are electing new board members! The AGM will be happening both in-person and online.

Members are asked to register in advance to let us know if they will be running for the Board. We will also be giving members a few minutes to share why they are running for the Board at the meeting itself. If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may submit a written statement to be read at the AGM.
 
Please read the following details before registering to run:
- Board Members commit approximately 16+ hours each month to Board-related activities and other volunteer activities within the SJCNL
- Once formed, the Board will elect two Co-Chairs, a Treasurer, a Secretary, and five other Director positions.

- We are actively seeking candidates who can represent equity-deserving communities, as well as candidates with skill sets in social media, administration, education/training, fundraising, governance/policy, and law.
